XII. Others

  1. The establishment, entry into force, performance, interpretation and dispute settlement of this Privacy and Information Protection Policy shall be governed by the laws of mainland People's Republic of China (PRC) (excluding those of Hongkong, Macao Special Administrative Region and Taiwan Province).

This Privacy and Information Protection Policy is an integral part of the Grasp in Palm User Agreement and other related agreements issued when we provide products or services to you, and it forms a unified whole.   4. If any provision of this Privacy and Information Protection Policy is judged to be totally or partially invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining provisions of this Privacy and Information Protection Policy shall remain valid and enforceable.
  5. In case of any inconsistency or conflict between any provision of this Privacy and Information Protection Policy and the published user agreement, the provision of this Privacy and Information Protection Policy shall prevail.
