our affiliated companies (including Grasp in Palm software client, Grasp in Palm tax planning applet, Grasp
in Palm enterprise WeChat version and services provided through these products), including the
aforementioned services provided on other products or websites (such as advertising services), but excluding
products and services with independent privacy policies (not incorporated into this Privacy and Information
Protection Policy). In this Privacy and Information Protection Policy, "affiliated company" refers to any
other entity that directly or indirectly controls us, is controlled by us or is controlled by others
together with us. For these purposes, "control" means having the power to directly or indirectly decide the
management and policies of another entity by holding voting securities, or by contractual agreement or other
means (for the avoidance of doubt, holding more than 50% of voting securities of another entity or having
the right to appoint more than half of directors shall be regarded as control).

XII. Others
- The establishment, entry into force, performance, interpretation and dispute settlement of this Privacy
and Information Protection Policy shall be governed by the laws of mainland People's Republic of China
(PRC) (excluding those of Hongkong, Macao Special Administrative Region and Taiwan Province).
- In case of any dispute over the interpretation or implementation of this Privacy and Information
Protection Policy, both parties shall first try to settle the dispute through friendly negotiation. If
the dispute cannot be settled through negotiation within 60 days after one party sends a written notice
to the other party requesting to start negotiation, then either party may apply to Chengdu High-tech
Arbitration Commission for arbitration. When any dispute occurs and any dispute is arbitrated, all
parties shall continue to exercise their other rights and perform their other obligations under this
Privacy and Information Protection Policy, except the disputed matters.
- This Privacy and Information Protection Policy is an integral part of the Grasp in Palm User Agreement
and other related agreements issued when we provide products or services to you, and it forms a unified
whole. Your acceptance of any of these agreements means that you accept this Privacy and Information
Protection Policy.
- If any provision of this Privacy and Information Protection Policy is judged to be totally or partially
invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining provisions of this Privacy and Information
Protection Policy shall remain valid and enforceable.
- In case of any inconsistency or conflict between any provision of this Privacy and Information
Protection Policy and the published user agreement, the provision of this Privacy and Information
Protection Policy shall prevail.
